New York Lady Nightmares Tryouts Are Upcoming!

📣 Tryouts Now Open for 10U–18U & National Teams!

The New York Lady Nightmares are hosting tryouts at multiple fields across Nassau County as we build local, regional, and national teams for the upcoming season. We're looking for passionate, dedicated players — 10U teams welcomed, and full or partial teams get special sign-on bonuses to join the Lady Nightmares family. We're also forming a 16U/18U National Team to compete on a national schedule at top tournaments — inquire separately by email.

12U–14U: Wed, July 22 – Hempstead Harbor Bar Beach Field 1, 5:30–7:30pm
16U–18U: Thu, July 23 – Hempstead Harbor Bar Beach Field 1, 5:30–7:30pm
16U–18U: Mon, Aug 3 – Grant Park Field 3, 5:30–7:30pm
12U–14U: Wed, Aug 5 – Hempstead Harbor Bar Beach Field 1, 5:30–7:30pm
16U–18U: Thu, Aug 6 – Cedar Creek Field B, 5:30–7:30pm
16U–18U: Sat, Aug 8 – Bay Park Field 1, 9:00–11:00am
12U–14U: Sat, Aug 8 – Bay Park Field 1, 11:00am–1:00pm

🎓 We Advocate For Our Players Directly To College Coaches & Recruiters

Our program includes 4 weeks of fall organizational workouts, a 12-week winter training program, a free 11-week summer developmental clinic, monthly college recruitment Zoom seminars, a college camp for uncommitted players, and social media promotion for every player.

The New York Lady Nightmares is a non-profit 501c3 elite fastpitch softball organization located in New York, servicing the entire tri-state area and Northeast region.

Our directors, outside trainers, and coaching staff are dedicated to the full development of softball players on and off the field. Our goal and mission is to prepare our student athletes for not only their future goals playing high school and college softball, but also to prepare them for life. We will be training at the highest level possible.
