  • Kaitlin Barcenas

    Kaitlin Barcenas is a former high school player who won the NY State league 1 Championship in 2006 & 2007. She also played D2 softball 1st/3B at Dowling college from 2009-2011. She has been playing softball for over 21 years, still plays recreationally, and has coached for SYAG Athletics in the past. She is excited to be part of the Nightmare family. 

  • Jose Burgos

    Jose was a Former coach at Holy Trinity and also Central Islip high school. He is currently the Assistant Coach for Baruch College. He played college baseball at Suffolk community college. Jose is extremely dedicated to his craft of coaching. He has coached multiple travel teams for multiple organizations, and looks to bring his talents to the lady nightmares.

  • Dolores Diemicke

    Dolores, a multi sport athlete playing Softball, Basketball, and Soccer at Plainedge High School, went on to play Softball and soccer for Manhattanville College. – NFCA All-East Region Third Team (2018)

    Career: Finishes her career first all-time at Manhattanville in games played (170), games started (166), hits (181) and at-bats (526); second in runs scored (122) third in doubles (41) and total bases (302) fifth in runs batted in (117); and sixth in home runs (22).

  • Richie Eaton

    Coach Eaton started his coaching career at Dewitt Clinton HS 2005-2013 where he won 7 Bronx championships, 4 top 8 NYC finishes, and one 3rd place finish.

    He coached Only the 2nd Bronx team to ever play in the top division PSAL semi finals.

    He was NY POST Coach of the year in the Bronx 2012 after having an undefeated season.

    Richie has coached multiple travel teams over the years and is known as a strategical genius. He has countless championship wins in his coaching career with travel, high school, and Little League. Eaton has Coached and managed the famous Massapequa little league tournament team 3 times, winning 3 NY State titles, while also epically winning the Softball Little League World Series in 2023 going undefeated.

  • Aarin Hartenstein

    Aarin Hartenstein, is the current head coach at Holy Trinity Diocesan H.S. In Hicksville, NY and head female trainer at Max Effort Baseball in Farmingdale. A Plainedge H.S. grad, she continued her education and softball career at Manhattanville college where she had a tremendous impact on their program. Her accomplishments include:


    -NFCA DIII Top 25 Player/Pitcher of the year Finalist (2019)
    -All American Honorable Mention (2017)
    -ECAC Pitcher of the year (2019)
    -Manhattanville Female Athlete of the year (2019)

  • Dave Hartenstein

    Dave Hartenstein started his softball career in 1998 as a softball official and is still an active Nassau County high school umpire. He transitioned to coaching in 2007 for his daughter’s little league. In 2009 he began coaching travel ball and has coached the game of softball at many different levels from 12U to 18U showcase for some of the top organizations on  Long Island. Coach Dave has trained numerous Long Island athletes that have continued on to successful collegiate careers. Presently Coach Dave is the assistant coach at Holy Trinity high school in Hicksville, where he hopes to make the Titans a competitive Catholic high school softball program once again

  • Matt Lipack

    Matt The Bull Lipack grew up in East Meadow NY. He is on The Wall of Fame at East Meadow High School in Athletics as he was a multiple sport athlete.

    Matt was Vice President of girls softball in the prestigious East Meadow Little league where he started his coaching career winning countless championships. He also won 10u Districts for east meadow in Williamsport.

    Matt then got into the world of travel softball where he’s been one of the most dominating coaches on Long Island Coaching travel softball for 10 plus years and winning countless championships and final finishes in all sanctions in the NorthEast Region and beyond.

    Matt was also the former Head Director of Hot Stove Softball on Long Island.

    All in all Matt has won over 40 league and tournament championships in his career and has no plans on stopping his winning dominance on the diamond.

  • Jack Parenty

    Jack played college baseball at Stony Brook, as well as Independent League Professional ball for the Schaumburg Boomers. Named the America East Conference Player of the Year in 2015 for Stony Brook, an All American, and earned a spot on the ABCA/Rawlings All-Region team. Batted a conference-best .367 in 52 games with 77 hits, 47 RBI, 38 runs, 13 doubles, seven triples, a pair of home runs and 26 stolen bases. Did not commit an error in 84 total chances during the season. Named the America East Player of the Week twice. 

  • Sal Raucci

    Coach Sal Raucci is an experienced, passionate, and committed coach. Coach Sal has had tons of success on every level he has coached. As a coach and trainer he has won dozens of tournament championships and produced extremely high level players. 

    Coach Sal enjoys teaching the game the right way at a young age, always playing up, and to love the game. 

    Coach played baseball at Platt Tech high school, 4 year captain. Then played 5 years of high level slow pitch softball, traveling the east coast. 

    Coaching Experience beginning in 2014 includes multiple years of Little League and travel ball ages 10u,12u,14u,16u. He also coached The New York Lady Nightmares 14u national team, as well as a USSSA All American team. Coach Sal Raucci has traveled and coached tournaments and games all over the country. 

    Currently head coach for The Run & gun Lady Nightmares 16u black team, and also head coach for The Run & Gun Lady Nightmares 14u spring team. He is the director of softball operations at The Run & gun lady nightmares travel program in Connecticut, where he is running and designing multiple elite clinics for the organization and the facility. Coach Sal also is the head coach of a boys 8u travel baseball team. 

  • Brittany Skrypek

    Brittany Skrypek is currently a 7th grade ELA teacher at Robert Frost MS in Deer Park.  She is an alumnus of St. Anthony High School and The Catholic University of America, where she played outfield and 2nd base.   In her 7 years with Deer Park, she has coached at the junior varsity, middle school, and little league level.   Additionally, she served as the Deer Park Little League Softball Director for two years. As director, she tripled the number of young girls playing softball in the Deer Park community. Brittany is currently the Head Coach for NY Lady Nightmares 14U and 16U teams.  Her goal as a coach is to develop young players to reach their full potential and mentor them to succeed in all areas of life.
